-以下の手順で行う

 bundle install --path vendor/bundler
 bundle exec rake generate_secret_token:generate

-config/database.ymlを編集。ユーザーとパスワードを適当に変更。
-データベースの生成。createdbできるユーザーなら以下のコマンドで。できないなら手動でデータベース生成しておく。
 bundle exec rake db:create:all
-migration実行。CreateCategoriesが重複しているエラーが表示されたので一つにまとめた。
 bundle exec rake db:migrate
-サーバー実行。unicorn.rbを編集してパスを書き換えておく。
 bundle exec unicorn_rails -c config/unicorn.rb -E production -D -p 3000
-もしくは
 bundle exec rails s

-フィードの直接のURLではなく、フィードをリンクしているページのURLを登録する。
