http://www.boost.org/users/news/version_1_44_0から、boost_1_44_0.7zをダウンロードして展開。
bootstrap.batを実行。

bjamを実行。x86用とx64用両方をビルドする場合stagedirを指定する。jオプションは並列ビルドの指定。bjamにはオプション("--"つき)とプロパティ("--"なし)が任意の順番に指定できる。
```
bjam toolset=msvc-10.0 address-model=32 --build-type=complete --stagedir=stage/x86 -j 2
bjam toolset=msvc-10.0 address-model=64 --build-type=complete --stagedir=stage/x64 -j 2
```
state\x86\lib、stage\x64\libの下にたくさんlibファイルが作られ完成。

※注意点

両方のライブラリをキープしたい場合、stagedirでディレクトリを指定しないとだめVS 2013 で boost 1.55.0 の 32 / 64 ビット版をビルド - Qiita

以下の方法だと32bit版のライブラリが64bit版のライブラリで上書きされる。

bjam --toolset=msvc-10.0 --build-type=complete stage
bjam --toolset=msvc-10.0 --build-type=complete architecture=x86 address-model=64 stage
